An Organic Cotton mattress is an innerspring unit layered with Organic Cotton batting. These mattresses offer heat tempered coils, which are more flexible than coils that are not heat tempered and therefore last longer. A heavy duty solid foundation is included in the above pricing, but the mattress alone is available or a box spring is also available.

Three different firmnesses are available based on the spring unit used (coil counts are for full size). They are: Firm (312 coils), Extra Firm (522 coils), Super Firm (1000 coils). Because these are custom made, please allow two weeks for manufacture. The extra firm mattress is recommended for most people offering firmness and support without being overly stiff. Mattresses are 7" deep and will fit in standard bed sheets.

This is the only mattress in the world that is 100% organic cotton. The only other material whatsoever in this mattress besides organic cotton is the steel for the springs. The bed is button tufted, and the buttons themselves are 100% Organic Cotton. It is sewed with organic cotton thread. There are no man made materials of any kind, and there are no chemicals either. Our box springs are made of naturally dried pinewood. They may be covered with either standard cotton or organic cotton batting. The top and the sides of the box spring are then covered with a natural cotton cover.
