To keep a catalog business profitable, an incredible number of paper catalogs have to be sent out over and over and over, wasting an incredible amount of paper. As a result, we're completely virtual. We process all of our orders electronically. Due to resource constraints, we prefer to answer your questions electronically as well. Our highest priority is to make sure all of your orders get processed on time and as promised. Handling your questions and concerns via email allows us to more easily stay on schedule.

At the same time, we recognize that we are far more than an environmental products superstore.
